    Thinking "Concrete" about Sustainability

    "As a driver of the sustainability development of the company, I am fully supportive of green initiatives and sustainable development and solutions,” says Dr. Mohammed Shehadeh, senior vice president of UNIBETON READY MIX, in conversation about the company’s salutatory win at this year’s GAIA awards. Having introduced Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) as well as green technology on real time concrete workability and rheology properties testing, Dr. Shehadeh is no stranger to initiative or innovation.

    Focused on achieving sustainable growth, the concrete-producer boasts of a flourishing presence in the region and has been nominated as the preferred supplier for a number of strategic projects and clients such as the NPP Projects, QATAR RAIL and other infrastructure. And with a slew of new projects lined up UNIBETON is keen to keep exploring new avenues in product development.
